Are you accepting new patients?
Holly Noe, FNP-BC is accepting new patients.

How do I contact the doctor after hours?
For emergencies, call the office main number (828-389-6383) and if the office is closed and you feel you need medical assistance before the office opens the next business day you will be given a toll free number to Health On Call our Triage Service 828-348-5391 that will take your information and based upon office protocols either contact the doctor on call or assist you in making a medical decision on how to best handle the situation at hand.

As always, if you are having a medical emergency, please go to your nearest Emergency Room, depending upon your location. Either Erlanger Western Carolina Hospital, Chatuge Regional Hospital or Union General Hospital.

How do I get test results?
You should expect to get results from every test you have done, by phone call, letter, or by the portal, within 2 weeks of the test or lab. If you do not get the results, be sure to call us.  No news is NOT good news! Sign up for the Portal today and be able to access all of your tests online. For more information, please call the office and speak with Savanna at ext 120.

What hospital are you affiliated with?
Our practice is an independent practice. You may use any hospital system you so choose; however, our physicians typically admit their patients to Erlanger Western Carolina Hospital, where hospitalists are available to attend to them 24 hours a day.

How do I get a referral?
Call and ask for Emily our Scheduling Coordinator at ext. 160.  She will ask the doctor whether a visit will be necessary or whether she can arrange the referral.

How do I contact my Medical Home Team:
You can contact your Medical Home Team directly to arrange an appointment or to discuss your healthcare needs by calling 828-389-6383 ext 320; Monday-Friday (except Holidays) between the hours of 8:00 a.m and 4:30 p.m. You may also utilize our Patient Portal anytime of the day 24/7 to send a message to any member of your patient team. Please know that responses will be answered during normal operating hours Monday-Friday and please never messages that would qualify for 911 purposes.  Outside of normal clinic hours; for urgent matters you can call 828-348-5391 and an on-call provider will call you back. Please continue to use 911 for all emergencies.  It will be necessary for you(or a guardian/caregiver) to let the Medical Home Team know if you are seen by any other provider outside of the practice.  This will allow us to continue to coordinate your healthcare needs.

Should I have my records sent to the office before my first visit?
Your physician will be better able to provide you with excellent care from the first day if you either bring the records with you or have your physicians send a copy of your records ahead of time.  You may come by our office to fill out forms to request these records.  Your signature is required.
